Ar. Sidhardh Baji

Meet Sidhardh Baji, the founder and chief architect of our practice. Sid is a design maverick who creates practical, sustainable, and innovative spaces that leave a lasting impression.

At Ethos Habitats, we believe in collaboration and work closely with our clients to deliver designs that exceed their wildest dreams. Sid's commitment to staying ahead of industry methodologies means every structure balances raw vernacular materiality with hyper-contemporary precision.

Sidhardh holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the prestigious Mcgan's Ooty School of Architecture. His portfolio includes prominent civic and commercial interventions for IIT Cube, SIPCOT Industrial Park in Chennai, and the acclaimed Daman & Diu heritage restoration at Naida Cave. Sid's passion started early, apprenticing at Edifice while still a student.

Beyond the drawing board, Sid is an avid mountain trekker, cinema connoisseur, and explorer of regional street gastronomy.

Core Pillars

Our Design Philosophy.

How we approach the built environment across residential, commercial, and civic landscapes.

Contextual Brutalism

Rammed earth & honest concrete

We prioritize raw, unembellished materials that age gracefully under tropical sun and torrential monsoons, reducing lifecycle carbon footprints.

Ethos Standard

Passive Climate Design

Wind tunnels & micro-climate jaalis

Every facade is calibrated to Chennai's sun paths and ocean breezes, reducing active HVAC energy dependency by up to 45%.

Ethos Standard

Social Responsibility

Architecture for living communities

Habitats designed not merely as sculptural objects, but as vibrant socio-spatial vessels that uplift craftsmen, occupants, and streetscapes.
